In what form do I receive the report?
As a link to an interactive view like this one and as a PDF for your files. You can pass the link on to owners, the advisory board or your insurer.
Isn't a drone enough?
A drone shows where something is wrong, but not whether a panel is actually loose. Only a hand check tells you that. On a Berlin office building the drone had reported a cracked panel: checked by hand it was intact, and the damage was on the panel next to it.
What do the three severity levels mean?
Safety-critical: something could come down. Whatever can be made safe at once, we make safe on the same visit; the rest gets a short deadline. Maintenance: no acute risk, but the damage is growing, so it comes with a deadline. Cosmetic: appearance only, carried forward to the next inspection.
Can I get the report without commissioning the repairs?
Yes. The inspection is a service in its own right. What you do with the result is your decision.
